Notes of black cherry, currants, apple, and pineapple combined with a great tannin structure that offers a wonderfully balanced flavor. Our Pinot Noir can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a variety of dishes including beef, ham, game, pork, and lamb. Salmon particularly enhances the uniqueness of this varietal.
It is intended to be enjoyed as a younger wine, reaching its peak at five to eight years past the vintage.
